Refund Policy

Unlocked media is digital content delivered immediately. Because the content is instantly accessible and downloadable, unlocks are generally non-refundable once the media has been viewed or downloaded.

We will refund an unlock if: the content is materially different from its description, the file is broken or undeliverable, or the purchase was accidental and the content was never accessed. Contact us within 7 days of the purchase and we will review and refund approved cases to the original payment method.

VIP is a weekly subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel renewals at any time from your dashboard — VIP benefits continue until the end of the paid week, and no further charges are made.

If you were charged for a week you did not use (for example you cancelled immediately after an accidental renewal), contact us within 7 days and we will refund that week in full. Under the Australian Consumer Law you may also have rights when a service is not delivered as described — nothing in this policy limits those rights.

escorts and loves au keeps a 25% platform fee on media sales; the remaining 75% is the model's earnings. Refunded sales are deducted from pending payouts.

Email us via the Contact page with your receipt or unlock link, the date of purchase and a short reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
