Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how escorts and loves au ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

• Account data — username, email address, and a salted password hash (we never see or store your plain password).
• Profile data you publish — display name, photos, description, location (suburb level), contact options you choose to show.
• Verification data (when submitted) — used solely to verify you are a genuine adult advertiser, then handled per below.
• Payment data — card payments are processed by Stripe; we only store subscription status and purchase records (amount, item, buyer email from Stripe). We never see full card numbers.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention, plus cookies for login sessions, dark-mode and 18+ confirmation preferences, and media-unlock tokens.

We use personal information to:

• operate your account, ads, stories and shop;
• send transactional email (verification, password resets, receipts, unlock links);
• verify advertisers and keep the directory free of fake or unlawful content;
• process payments and calculate earnings owed to advertisers;
• meet our obligations under Australian law, including the Online Safety Act 2021.

We do not sell your personal information. We don't run advertising trackers.

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Site (for example hosting, database, email and payments providers, such as Vercel, Neon, Resend and Stripe), bound by confidentiality, or when required by law — for example a lawful request from police or the eSafety Commissioner.

Account and ad data is kept while your account is active. Verification material is kept only as long as reasonably necessary. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via our Contact page — we respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and unpublished media; purchase records needed for accounting are retained as required by tax law.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions use signed HTTP-only cookies, and paid media is served only through token-checked endpoints. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique password.
